I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with how this institution Indira Gandhi Memorial Academy treats its teachers. It’s appalling that in this day and age, educators are still being grossly underpaid and, in some cases, and here in this school not even receiving their salaries on time. Teachers dedicate their time, energy, and passion to educate the next generation, and this is how they are repaid? The lack of respect and financial support for teachers at this school is beyond unacceptable. How can you expect quality education when the very people responsible for it are struggling to make ends meet? This is something the guardian should think off before placing their kids to this school. The administration needs to prioritize fair compensation for teachers and make sure they get paid on time. Teachers are working here 2 months without salary. To any prospective teachers considering a position here: think twice. This place does not value its educators, and that’s reflected in their disgraceful payment practices. The situation is not only unethical but also unsustainable. A change required.
