We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience working on live projects. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum M. Tech. degree in Computer Science or a related field and a strong proficiency in a variety of programming languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, React.js, Next.js, and VPS server management.

Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions according to project requirements.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

    Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

    Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.

    Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

    Manage VPS servers and ensure their smooth operation and security.

Requirements:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on web applications.

    M. Tech. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Next.js.

    Experience with VPS server management and deployment.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
