Vardhman Srikalyan International

This school is pathetic. When Srikalyan school was not performing well due to its mismanagement and other faculty issues. They rebranded the school to fool parents that there is a new management there, and parents did fall for this. However the principle and Admin staff is still the same. Wonderful amenities and ground. 0/10 - Education standard is zero, they have no idea how to run pre primary school. Their expectations from a pre-primary studen are same as from a 12th standard student. 0/10 - worst administration, as I have mentioned earlier, if as a parent you will raise any issues or concerns with principal or admin, the principal will be so defensive and you will soon fell like in a women's fight in your society. I was in shock after meeting her. She did not listen to any of our complaint but told us to remove our kids from school. They will not share classwork or any information related to work done in class. As a parent all your time will be spent in homework of your kid. All the books that you paid for will be kept in school and you will only receive black and white notebooks at home. Which kids have no interest to work on. Books have 4 lines of work for class, where in notebook sent for homework will have 10-12 lines. Each subject. Only teachers, their kids and their close relatives can take car or bike inside, otherwise you will have to park your car on the road (illegally) for 10-15 minutes while you walk your kid's inside the school for pickup and drop. Pathway is packed with school busses running through crowd of kids in the morning hours. No ac, even sometimes no fans run in classrooms. They will send your kids home hungry if your kid is slow in her lunch, they do not believe in helping and teaching kids, but they believe in teaching a lession to kids by keeping them hungry. Most of their fundamentals regarding studies are ruined, they teach incorrect patterns in the school. If you reach out to teacher. She would not pick up calls. Coordinator will tell you that books have old pattern but teacher is teaching a new pattern😁😆 but it's correct. Principal will tell you "why you enrolled your kid here if you can't teach them at home, we interview out parents at the time of admission to know if they can teach the kid at home or not". As per principal "if you know that it's wrong and you are complaining to us, then this school is not for you and you can take your kids elsewhere. The coordinator does not address concerns or feedback properly, often defending the teachers and herself instead of working to improve the situation. Constructive criticism is met with defensiveness, and no action is taken to resolve the actual problems. ****It’s shocking that the principal and admin head go as far as suggesting that parents remove their children from the school if they dare to raise concerns. Rather than working to improve the environment for the students, they seem to believe the school is perfect, and any parent who voices concerns is unwelcome. Vardhman school is good, teaching staff so humble. But one main concern with this school is Transportation. They outsource the transportation facility (Kartik Bus Service). Bus service staff is uncooperative and unresponsive also. Now a days we are facing lots of problems with the transportation facility. 1. Sometimes Bus ward is not available in the bus. In whole May month ward was not available in the bus. If something happens with our kids then who is responsible here. 2. Driver drive bus in a hurry mode before small kids taking seats. 3. Sometimes bus is fully occupied, no seat available for small kids. 4. Every week they change their routine timing for bus arrival and departure. Last year transportation facility was seamlessly very good. But this year Vardhman mgmt not taking seriously this concern after discussion done multiple times. Looking forward for support in this area by VSIS Team.
