As from students perspective (10th - 11th) My experience at this school has been a profound disappointment, failing on almost every front—academically, creatively, and philosophically. Here are the key reasons: Incompetent and Diminishing Faculty: Many of the key faculty members, who genuinely cared about holistic education and creative learning, were systematically removed. During my 10th grade final board exam in 2022 we didn't had any Social Studies, Physics and Math teacher to solve our doubts, problem or help with any topics instead we were left with 4th and 8th grade teacher and any proxy they could manage. No Support for Sports or Extracurricular Development: The school fails to provide even basic sports facilities, let alone promote character or athletic development. Competitions and opportunities to excel outside the classroom are virtually nonexistent. Manipulative Leadership: The principal, Mr. Sharma, employs psychological manipulation to control parents' perceptions of their children. During a parents' gathering in late 2022, he infamously stated, “Parents should never trust their kids blindly.” He frequently misquotes and misinterprets Vedic scriptures to justify his outdated, control-driven philosophies. Instead of fostering trust and communication between parents and students, he drives a wedge between them with all his fasad and un-moral ideologies. Backward Mindset on Gender: On a school trip to Hyderabad, boys and girls were deliberately separated with the justification that boys are only interested in “ayashi” (indulgence) as me and my friends confronted the principal after our trip, we were left with nothing but only humiliation showing no moral standings in terms of vedic guru of Mr. Pankaj Sharma. Even more to add during trip as pitching students, slapping, pulling and snatching them out from friend group as they see students as viscous animals, girls as “prey” and boys as “predators” - also with over hearing the informal conversation between egotistical faculties as they said “keep them separated, can’t trust boys they can get them pregnant” the level of absurdity and disgust. This regressive approach reflects a complete lack of understanding about fostering respectful and collaborative environments between genders in the modern 21st century. Toxic Competition Over Collaboration: In assemblies, Mr. Sharma perpetually reinforces toxic competitiveness, telling students to look at those on their left and right as "competitors" they must defeat. There is no encouragement to collaborate, innovate, or explore unconventional solutions—critical skills for the 21st century. Lack of Creative Learning Opportunities: There is no encouragement for students to explore independent studies, research projects, or creative pursuits. The school solely emphasizes raw exam scores, stripping students of any opportunity to grow as individuals with diverse interests and skills. Disrespectful and Dismissive Behavior: When I sought to pursue a unique PCMB science stream and research opportunities, I was met with hesitation, resistance, and outright humiliation. Rather than listening to my ideas or guiding me, Mr. Sharma on my poor performance in exams he dismissed me with degrading remarks such as, “I don’t even see where you stand; you are no one. you don’t even stand anywhere, tu kuch nahi hai aur kuch nahi kar payega. Now leave.” Poor Reputation. Outdated Social Policies. and list goes on. My Parents and both of my sisters are deeply disappointed and has more to add about management and about worst academic school to pursue studies. Everyone from my batch won’t say the same but would add met with same humiliation and disappointment with no growth for creative and unconventional development. This school failed me academically, creatively, and personally. There was no support for my passion for molecular genetics, QuantumGenetic, interdisciplinary learning or research-driven learning. Instead, I was subjected to long lectures filled with misrepresented Vedic quotes that served no purpose beyond fueling the principal’s ego and all his fasad ideologies and lectures. They would never see a student as an learner and creative thinker or as an student. Instead as a judged and misbehaved person who is only good when is scores good in all their exams.
